Summary
XiD confirms uninterrupted Construction Productivity Data (CPD) capture from permit to commence work through Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) or Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) — including project phases where fixed biometric hardware is not on site.

Project lifecycle
Each BCA project is provisioned as a Project in App XiD Biometric ePSS SaaS. Workers are enrolled once and can move across sites and access layers without re-enrollment. When turnstiles are removed in the tail-end phase, the project stays active and alternative capture modes keep the monthly CPD stream continuous until TOP/CSC.

XiD Mobile (tail-end & open site)
Designed for BCA’s scenario where physical hardware is not available:
- Live photo at check-in and check-out
- 1:1 face match against the enrolled worker record (same identity as turnstile BAS)
- Liveness on capture
- Project geofence — attendance accepted only inside the approved site boundary
- Events flow to the same pipeline as gate biometrics → ePSS → SGBuildex CPD
CCTV sensor fusion (2026)
- Backup: site cameras detect ingress/egress when turnstiles are offline or removed
- Enhancement: fuse gate reader + CCTV for occupancy, tailgating cues, zone visibility
- Compute: NVIDIA Jetson edge (RevoFace Neo class) with unified events for audit and CPD
SGBuildex & CPD (May 2026)
XiD is listed as an upcoming SGBuildex integration partner under Biometric Authentication Systems → Connected Solutions.
- Connect once — one integration; sub-contractor attendance via authorised graph
- Schema-validated CPD — NRIC/FIN, UEN tiers, trade, time-in/out (Singapore timezone)
- Pass-through — XiD remains system of record; SGBuildex routes with provenance
- Lifecycle — permit to commence work through TOP/CSC, including mobile and CCTV continuity modes
